Helga Hopkins grew up in Switzerland and has happy memories of long hot summers canoeing on the River Rhine and playing at being pirates with her brother and sisters. Helga now lives in Southern England with her husband and ginger cat Wizzy-Woo. This fun loving feline is the inspiration for her popular children’s picturebooks about a gang of furry friends and their hilarious adventures around the neighbourhood.
